Shipping policy

 

We pride ourselves on prompt order processing, typically within 24-72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Our standard shipping ensures delivery within 6-15 business days, depending on your location and time of year.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept refund requests within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Note: We aim to ensure stock levels are as accurate as possible however as we also operate a bricks and mortar Motorcycle Dealership, we do on occasion run in to an issue where stock has been sold in-store. In this case we can offer a refund, alternative spec unit or supply asap from our next shipment.
